in the financial sector, eps ensure that the best solution for any given business
case is always achieved. Although eps always offer a cost-effective standard product
as a base for each project, eps are completely aware that each customer will have
their own specific requirements.
There are various approaches taken to the analysis and design phase of any project
and the approach taken will depend upon how the customer wishes to operate.
Migration Strategy
eps has unique experience in the migration of online and offline systems from one
hardware/software platform to another. Through careful analysis and planning, eps
can ensure the migration of the service in a secure and transparent way to the customer.
The approach taken to any migration will consider current business requirements,
associated risks and any other time related circumstances. The customer will select
the ultimate course for any migration, but eps always provide multiple options.
Project Management
The professional management of any project however complex is critical to its successful
completion on time and to budget. eps has a team of project managers all with many
years experience of running projects for our customers in the industry.
Certification
Through working with many of the national and international payment system networks
such as VISA International and Europay/MasterCard, eps is highly experienced in
the planning and execution of the certification process for both online and offline
services. This experience can be used to significantly reduce the time required
to complete this critical stage of any project.
Customer Training
Where customers are to operate their own solutions, eps provide training courses
that enable a customer to be fully prepared to start operationally running an eps
solution at the scheduled handover date. Eps provide various levels of training
course that can be selected depending upon the customers chosen level of involvement
with the solution.
Solution Support
Eps have invested heavily in a new international support center in Germany, which
will complement the services already provided by the Leeds, United Kingdom center.
Eps are able to provide many different types of support package to their customers.
These can range from simple product support right through to 24x7 365 days a year
onsite support. Through this flexible approach, eps aims to satisfy every customer's
support needs.
